Prayer is the most important ministry at The Light. What an honor and blessing it is that we serve a God, Who invites us to enter into His very presence through prayer. We believe that no ministry effort should ever proceed without first receiving God's anointing through prayer. Through prayer, we express our admiration for God and honor Him for His goodness, holiness, power, mercy, patience, love, and righteousness.

As Scripture commands us, we confess our sins before God in prayer and boldly approach His throne of Grace for the forgiveness He promises. We thank God for all He has done for us and in us through the cross of Christ and for the blessings of joy and peace we receive by knowing Him.

We continually seek to know His will for our Church and our lives through fervent prayer and we submit all of our request and petitions in faith that every good and perfect gift comes down from the Father of Lights.
